SHIPPING & PROCESSING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping to all U.S. cities.  We ship all items within 1-3 business days.  In order to avoid a delay in shipping, all Cuties should consider making their orders at the beginning of the week. (Weekends don't count as shipping days, Cutie! Order at the beginning of the week!) 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Cute AF. Boutique seeks to serve all the Cuties around the world and that is exactly why we now offer International shipping.  NOTE: Some of our Int'l Cuties have run into an issue where their address is not located near an official post office that offers Int'l shipping.  Please make sure you have access to an official post office that handles Int'l shipping to ensure that our packages can be shipped to your desired destination.  Check with your local post office for more details.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FOR REFUNDS?

The Cute AF. Boutique will pay for all shipping costs on refund requests that are made within 7 days of receiving their purchase.  If you request a refund after 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will consider your sale final. We currently do not cover the cost of shipping for exchange requests.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on your location. Check your local post office for more details.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

As soon as we ship your purchase, a tracking number is created and sent to the email you shared with us.  If you have any questions about tracking feel free to contact us at cutiebootymediaHQ@gmail.com.com.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Q: How many days do I have to return a product?

A: We offer a 30-day return window for your convenience.  For all custom made pieces there are no returns

Q: How many days do I have to exchange a product?

A: Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time.  

Q: What happens if I don't request a refund within 7 days?

A: If you do not request a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase then your sale will be considered final.​

Q: How do I start my refund?

A: Just contact us via email at cutiebootymediaHQ@gmail.com 

within 7 days of receiving your purchase, tell us why you want to refund your product, and we'll get the process started.​

Q: Can I wear my items and then return them?

A: If there are signs of use on any of the products you've purchased with us then that is FABULOUS news, Cutie!  That means that you REALLY like what you got from the Boutique!  Hooray!!  That makes us happy!  However, we cannot accept the return of nor process a refund for items that show any signs of use. Just keep it in your closet for another day, Cutie!

Q: How will I receive my refund?

A: Upon successful return and acceptance of a product, you will receive your refund electronically.  Please allow at least 7 to 10 business days for your payment to be deposited into your bank.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If you request a refund within 7 days and you purchased your item within the U.S., we will pay the shipping for your return.  We are unable cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges at this time.  All International purchases must pay all shipping fees associated with all returns AND exchanges.
